SDCCC is re-convening our annual meeting, "The Road Ahead for Serious Illness Care in San Diego,” and we need your help! Join us as we launch a major new educational initiative around community awareness of palliative care and advance care planning. Help us as we plan a new campaign of activities and events, and work with us to make an impact in your community, organization, or patient population. Our initiative is now supported by a generous gift of funding, and we are very excited to get to work. Last year, we identified gaps and opportunities for action; this year, we’ll make concrete plans and get things going.
